The sidebar on the left is RocketDock. The right is broken down in order top to bottom. Illustro/Clock,Nova/Disks, Enigma Network Sidebar, Engima Facebook Reader.
Some of the code was changed and all the original colors were white. I also placed my specs name within the code and changed the original nova text to better match.
